Workforce Buffalo Downtown Career Center
The Workforce Buffalo Downtown Career Center is a comprehensive American Job Center. Job seekers and employers may access a wide array of free employment and training-related services, so that workers, job seekers, and businesses can conveniently receive the help they need under one roof.
We can help you with planning your career and make recommendations as to which resources might be most helpful in your situation. We have specialized employment programming for veterans, young adults ages 16+, and individuals who are justice impacted (re-entry). Individuals do not need to be out of work to use our free services.

The Buffalo Employment and Training Center (BETC) provides cost-free career coaching; access to Labor Market Information; résumé writing services; job search and job placement assistance; interview assistance; workshops, local job listings; grant funding skills training in Erie County's Demand Occupations for eligible individuals; and similar employment-related services.
