Outreach and Customer Engagement Specialist: Workforce Buffalo Downtown Career Center

This is a professional-level position that requires specific knowledge of and expertise in outreach, communications, and community engagement. This position requires the use of significant independent judgment and interpersonal skills to assist with develop site outreach materials, using and creating data systems to evaluate customer experience, and mobilizing resources to engage customers to meet agency enrollment and retention goals. This position will lead in organizing and coordinating site events and assisting management with developing community partnerships. The Specialist will be responsible for data collection and analysis, representing our organization at community events and site capacity building. The specialist must have excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as in handling administrative duties.

Salary $50,000-$60,000.
